MACLAUGHLIN , Evelyn Bogardus On April 20, 2011, Evelyn Bogardus Mac Laughlin , beloved wife of the late Kenneth E. MacLaughlin for 63 years; devoted mother of Jackie Sarner and Bonnie Chiantera and her husband, Dominic, and Kenneth E. MacLaughlin, Jr. and his wife, Lynn and her "adopted daughter," Patricia Peltola; cherished grandmother of Robin Sarner (Lisa Watson) and Wendy Sarner, and Michael (and Michelle) Chiantera and Jackie (and Jay) Cohen and John (and Carrie) Chiantera and Kristen (and Nick) Moran and Lisa Watson's children; and adored great-grandmother of Ember Siegmund and Emma Cohen and Giada Chiantera and Nathan Chiantera; and also survived by a brother, Ralph Bogardus, and many nieces and nephews; passed away quietly at the Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bel Air, Maryland.
Arrangements by Schimunek Funeral Home, Bel Air. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in November. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her memory to the charity or scholarship fund of your choice. Honey, Lynn, Evelyn, Mom, Nana, Grandma Mac, Auntie Lynn . . . forever in our hearts!
