Dear Frank,
You were my mentor & my friend. Whenever I called you with a legal question, you always made time in your busy day to offer counsel to a less experienced attorney. I have great memories of our times together at Perimeter Center, the OBA Solo & Small Firm Conferences, & playing golf at Choctaw Creek. You were a good man in everything you did: Student, athlete, CPA, attorney, husband, father & friend. My wife, Terry, & I were honored when you & Cherie attended our daughter's wedding. We will keep your family in our prayers. I'll miss you Frank. The world was a better place for your having been in it. It will be a lonelier place without you.

Growing up in OKC, we lived only a couple of blocks from the McGregors and I have memories of going over to their house. Frank's sister, Cathy, and I were in the same class at NWC high school and, of course, I remember Frank well. My sympathies to his entire family at his sudden passing.

Having worked with Frank's dad, Dr. F.H. McGregor, I've known this wonderful family since the late 60s. His dad was so proud of his children and shared wonderful stories about them and Dorothy. I feel blessed to have known them. Carol Mangham, OKC

Frank's picture should be in the dictionary to define "Gentleman." He was very accomplished man and was always a pleasure to be around. My prayers go out for his family.

We met briefly the night before his passing. We all wore smiles at the convening of our Fraternity brothers, as we see each other so seldom now.
Frank gave us a gift... The gift of enjoying friendship and family in the present.
Too few us us do this, and sometimes it takes one close to us passing to remind us just how special each moment is.
Thank you Frank!

I was Frank's English teacher at Northwest Classen; he was one of my brightest and most enjoyable students. i have many fond and funny memories of him. several years ago at, i think, the evening of excellence, he was with his father. he came up and re-introduced himself and we had a delightful conversation. i am so sorry for your loss; may you be blessed by friends and family on this sad journey.

Frank was one of my best friends since 1966 up until the day he passed away.
I have some great memories of the times we spent together at not only NWC but at OU as room mates. To make it short, Frank was without a doubt one of the nicest, gentlest, honest men you could ever meet with such a contagious smile. I'm gonna miss you BUDDY !!!
My prayers go out to the family.

Frank possessed the rare gift of making you feel special and were the only one in the room that mattered, when interacting with him. I feel fortunate to have known him since grade school & when he played little league football for my dad. Every single time we were together through our adult years he'd always talk about how much he liked my dad, and he would make me smile. Cherie, Harrison, and Cathy, may your pain soon be replaced with the wonderful memories of the time you shared with him.

I was a fraternity brother of Frank's and was in Las Vegas with him. It was such a shock to all us that were there. Having been on the same flight out and had breakfast with him that unforgettable day makes it even harder to think of him as no longer being with us. He will always be in my thoughts and prayers. His life was a living testament to the rest of ours and gives us all hope and a better direction of how we should live our lives. Sharon and I wish his family our sincere condolences.

Frank was one of the most beloved members of our class, if not the most beloved. He was kind, generous and never met a stranger. Losing Frank is a huge loss to our class and to his many friends. I feel privileged to have been one of his friends and will miss him dearly. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He will be genuinely missed. Rest in peace my cherished friend. You are loved.
