I just found out he had passed on.Both myself & wife knew & visited with Flick when we lived almost next door on Forest Drive! As we R living in Far Western MD now, we only get back to our Bowie house once-in-a-while! We will miss him! Never to C him ride his lawnmower up the street to other house.

We are sorry to hear about the passing of Flick. I can remember all the good times years ago...
Grandmother Carrie Baxter (Nalley)
Going down to the farm
Cousin Louis and Lisa Wood
Uncle Gaible
Old Sam the work horse
White Marsh Picnic with pony rides
Hanging up hams, shoulders and bacon to cure in the smoke house.
Picking wild strawberries where the Belair model homes were located.
I could go on and on about wonderful memories of my childhood with the Baxter's, Nalley's, Stewart's and Daisy's.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I should have added that my Dad was Flick's cousin. My Dad 's
mother was Caroline (Carrie) Nalley Baxter. My niece and I just visited all the Nalley/Baxter/Wood graves on Christmas Eve. The older generation from Bowie were very special people.

When my family and I first moved to Forest Dr., Flick was one of the first persons we met. He welcomed us to the neighborhood immediately and offered to help us in any way he could. His kindness and gentle soul touched our lives from the start. His memory will live with us forever. Heaven is an even much better place now. Rest well old friend, rest well.
