George A. Landry III

George A. Landry, III, age 59, of Fall River, passed away Wednesday, Feburary 28, 2018 at his residence. He was the former husband of Susan B. (Travassos) Kelley. Born in Brockton, a son of Jean (Getchell) Landry of Swansea and the late George A. Landry Jr., he had been a lifelong resident of Fall River. He was a graduate of Bristol County Agricultural High School and worked as a carpenter for many years. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, George A. Landry IV; four sisters, Joan Landry and Cheryl Newman both of Swansea, Donna Pelletier and Karen Reis both of Fall River; five brothers, Donald Reid of Carver, Steven Reid of Dedham, John Landry of Somerset, Thomas and William Landry both of Fall River; one granddaughter, Harper Landry and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Kelly Landry. His Funeral will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 10:00AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest, 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea.
