Gracie Hooper Obituary
passed away on June 25, 2012 at the age of 76 years. She is survived by daughter, Tammy Foisy and husband Rusty; son, Anthony Joseph Hooper and wife Stacy; grandsons, Cody Foisy, Hudson and Hayden Hooper; lifetime friend, Thomas H. Hooper and numerous other family members and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Earthman Resthaven and a funeral service will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 29, 2012 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.

My families prayers and thoughts go out to the Hooper family and friends. Though I didn't know Gracie, I have the great pleasure of knowing her son Anthony. By his measure she was surely an earthly angel.

Tom and family. Judy and I offer our condolences on your loss. I remember Gracie bringing a sack of oysters to our home in Katy before you retired from 3M, Tom. She was so giving and, I know, she gave so much of herself to others as expressed by the volunteer work she did at Livingston Memorial Hospital. She will be missed by all of you..remember the good times and she will be with you forever.

My heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Gracie's family. She was a great friend and our Nurse Coordinator at Aldine Independent School District for several years. I worked with her for over 10 years and she was a great mentor and a special person. She was loved by the Aldine Nurses and will truly be missed.

I did not know Mrs. Gracie but I know her son Anthony. I read somewhere that a parents life can be somewhat measured by thier offspring. Mrs. Gracie you did a great job as he is what any parent would be proud of. God bless this family including my buddies. (her grand kids).
