Mr. Heller wasnt 'Old School', he was THE School -- a model of distinction that left an impression people wanted to emulate. The world is a lesser place without the 'Herb Hellers' to set the examples.

Hi Vickie and your dad was very influential in my business life as he hired me to manage the Cndn. for MB and was always supportive of both myself and the direct interaction with a number of key McD mgmt. in Canada. I also met your mother on many business related events and loved her sense of humour and support of your father. Herb will be missed by many but the memories I hold will be cherished.

What needs to be said about a man with Mr. Heller's smile? I was Dennis Malchow's executive secretary and really enjoyed it when Mr. Heller would stroll throughout the Des Plaines offices. You could tell he was a great man by his aura. Condolences to his beloved family.

I met Herb when I was a teenager at Kostner park in Skokie. I played softball with the older guys. He was always a gentleman and he will be missed.
