Janet Lee Wise

Janet Lee Wise, 87, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2026, at Story Point North. Janet was a daughter of the late Forrest F. and Lena (née. Coverstone) Kiester and wife of the late Ronald A. Wise. She worked 29 years at FWCS retiring in 2007. Surviving are her sons, Ronald A. Wise Jr., Brian (Cathy) Wise and Patrick (Janet) Wise; daughters, Vicky (Jeff) Bowser and Valerie (Mike) Novitski; a brother, F. Hal (Marsha) Kiester; eight grandsons; four granddaughters, 15 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Janet was also preceded in death by a daughter, Julia A. Craft. A Celebration of her life will be 12:00 PM, Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Covington Knolls, 8325 Covington Rd. (46804) with visitation two hours prior to service.
