Janie L. Hutcheson

Lansing - Age 83, our loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother went home to her Lord on May 1, 2018. Born March 14, 1935 in Lansing, MI. Janie had a unwavering faith in God and greatly loved her family, friends, and gospel music. She was a member of South Church.

Surviving are her 3 daughters, Linda (Phil) Bacon, Debbie Graves, and Sherri (Chris) Davio; 5 grandchildren, Kelly Graves, Kevin (Megan) Graves, Alissa (Bob) Sweet, Angela Davio, and Amanda Davio; 2 great-grandchildren, Cooper and Catherine Graves and baby Sweet on the way; sister, Judy (Ed) Search; Bill Jenkins; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Janie was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Carl in 1995; parents Thurman & Fern Jenkins; son-in-law, Jim Graves; sister, Mary Alice; sister-in-law, Jeanie Jenkins.

Visitation is from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. Friday with Services 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 4, 2018 in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing with Pastor Timothy E. Harmon officiating. Interment Delta Center Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Residential Hospice in memory of Janie. Friends may visit the guest book at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.com
