I was so shocked to hear of this tragic news and thought there must be a mistake. My sincere condolences to your immediate family in NC and those still in Oswego. I cannot think of my childhood on the Johnson Road in Oswego without thinking of "Jeanettie". She was my sister Doreens best friend and they would always be sharing giggles and laughs whenever they were together. I will always think fondly of her about this time in our lives we shared. It was so exciting to see her and her Mom one summer many years ago while we vacationed in Ocean Isle, NC. Always a smile on her face. Rest in peace and God Bless my friend.

I met "Scooter" many years ago. As usual, time pulled us apart. But, never was she forgotten. She was so kind and always had a smile on her face. I loved being with her. She had a fantastic family! I am so sorry for the family she left behind. What a tragedy. RIP sweet one. ❤

Jeanette was the youngest of the family, which makes this more of a tragedy . My baby sister was beside me all the time growing up. Her laughter and smile would light up the room. Jeanette was more like an older sister to my children. Many of us followed her to NC because we couldn't live without her and we have a beautiful life and so many fun memories with her now. We will always think of "What would Jeanette Do" when we make our plans now. Jeanette has to know how much we all loved her and will miss her so very much.
