Joe Rollings Obituary
Mr. Rollings was the owner and operator of Rollings Body Shop for 53 years. He was also retired from AAA Plumbing and Pottery. He loved his family dearly and dedicated his life to providing for them. He attended Cherry Street Baptist Church. He loved sports, especially softball and basketball, and he sponsored many Men's Championship Softball teams over the years. He was also an avid Alabama football fan.
Mr. Rollings is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lucille; daughters, Shirley Rollings and Nancy (Steve) Stewart; grandson, Beau (Lee Ann) Stewart; sister, Sue Cornelius; sister-in-law, Vera Coker; grand-dogs, Kobe and Tiny; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers will be John Smith, Barry Drenner, Bobby Cline, Raymond Nix, Jimmy Clontz and Joe Nix.
Honorary pallbearers will be all former Rollings, East Walnut and CIA Softball players and friends.
Special thanks to Alacare Hospice and special friend, Barry Drenner.
The family will receive friends Thursday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel.

What a wonderful obituary for Joe. It told exactly what a great person he was and how very much he loved his family. Mother and I wish we could be there with all of you but we are there in our hearts. We are praying for you.
The wonderful memories that everyone has of him will last forever. He was such a good family man and loved yall so very much. We love all of you. Please kiss Seal for us.
