Joyce Lollar, age 82, went home with the Lord on April 23, 2018.

Loving mother of Thomasaina, Priscilla, Linda Faye, and Cindy Lollar-Owens. Dear grandmother of 25 and great-grandmother of 65.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 5th from 11 - 1 p.m. with the Funeral Service following at 1:00 PM at Mt Olive Baptist Church 1180 Slosson St Akron OH 44320 (330) 869-0802. Memories may be shared and the complete Obituary may be seen at www.rosehillbp.com

They don't have MOTHERS like her to much in this day and time anymore and I said that to say she didn't just love her children and grandchildren, but the neighborhood and treated us all with that special love, smile, that let us all know we were important in GOD'S WORLD. Priscilla,Tomasina ,Faye, Cindy , my humble prayers are for you and your family. Nanna will truly be missed, esp her warm smile that she extended even when she was tired from work, also when she became sick and confined to the house. She would give you a smile that was so genuine. Lord comfort the entire Lollar family, usher them through the maze of grief/loss of their Nanna, mom, and love one. Ma I'm going to truly miss you because you've always treated me like one of your own. RIH MA.
