Larry Stanley Fink, age 68, passed away Friday, October 27, 2017. He was born on May 17, 1949 in Martinsburg, West Virginia to the late James and Eileen (Olinger) Fink. Larry was a loving husband, father and brother. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Fink; son, Matthew Fink; brothers, James (Rita) Fink and Kelly Fink; sister, Linda French; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Bruce French. Family will receive friends 5-7 PM on Monday, November 6, 2017 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221. Dear Kathy and Matt,
I had the privilege of knowing Larry for more than 15 years as friend and coworker. As the planner for Fairfield County Historical Parks, the Parks could not have done better. He had a unique ability to approach problems from more than one direction and without question was the most organized and thorough person I have ever met. Larry was also a good friend and we discovered over the years that we had much in common. He was always willing and quick to drop whatever he was doing to help another. He gave much more than he ever received. He will be missed.

My heart is saddened on hearing of Larry's passing. We served together with the 614th Tac Fighter Squadron at Torrejon, Spain. We enjoyed talking collectible guns with each other and he would call me at the gun shop often. The men of our small Air Force fraternity will miss him greatly. RIP my friend.
