Margaret Paige Goodwin passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 9, 2018. Margaret was the daughter of the late Clarence and Maude Lynch of Warrenton, NC. Mrs. Goodwin is survived by her husband of 58 years, Carl; 2 sons, Brian (Dawn) and Joel (Meredith); 5 grandchildren, Brandon (Ann), Ian, Peyton, Carson and Camden; 1 great-granddaughter, Pailin; and sister, Barbara Kay Stallings (Robert) of Warrenton, NC.
Visitation for Margaret will be held on Tuesday, February 13th from 10am-12pm at Ebenezer Community Baptist Church, 7808 Ebenezer Church Road, Raleigh. A service will follow at 12pm with burial after at Raleigh Memorial Park.

Margaret was a wonderful person with a sweet smile and caring soul. She made the best fried chicken that I have ever tasted. She and Carl have always been the shining example to me of what a perfect married couple look and act like!!! I will miss Margaret but I will not forget what a wonderful woman she was. Margaret was a wonderful lady she was my supervisor at Leesville Middle School. She ran a great school cafeteria enjoyed working with her. May you find comfort knowing she is with our Lord and Saviour now.
