Margaret Weeks Obituary
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Ryan Chapel Methodist Church in Diboll, Texas. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. Robert Faulk officiating. Burial will follow in Ryan Chapel Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Sher Weeks Broussard and husband, Blair, of Thibodaux; sons, Jack Russell Weeks of Thibodaux, and Glen Olin Weeks of DeQuincy; grandchildren, Bart Broussard and wife, Wendy, Brett Broussard and wife, Sheri, all of Thibodaux, Glen Weeks of Weatherford, Texas, Josh Weeks of Grandbury, Texas, Jared Weeks of McKinney, Texas, and Amber Rozas and husband, Doug of Tomball, Texas; 10 great-grandchildren; and 10 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Margaritte Scurlock; husband, Jack Olin Weeks; daughter, Suzanne Weeks Davis; and brother, James Scurlock.
Pallbearers will be her five grandsons, Josh Weeks, Jared Weeks, Glen Weeks, Bart Broussard and Brett Broussard, and her nephew, Charles Weeks.
Margaret was born Jan. 2, 1936. She was a homemaker for her family and for many years was the main caregiver for her mother-in-law and her husband.
Gipson Funeral Home in Lufkin, Texas, is in charge of arrangements.

I love you and i miss you. I pick up the phone to call you about every other day just to check in. I have a bunch of voice mails of yours that I listen to every so often and they help me to feel like you're still here. I honestly can't believe that you are gone. I'm glad you aren't hurting anymore though and I pray that you have found the peace and the freedom that you so deserve. say hello to everyone me. I'll see you in my dreams and at the end.
