Martha Davenport Obituary

DAVENPORT MARTHA BAUGH DAVENPORT Of Alexandria, VA died on Friday, December 7, 2007 at her residence. She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph Gordon Davenport. Mother of James Timothy Davenport, Mark Baugh Davenport, Suzanne Davenport Floyd and Jeffrey Gordon Davenport; sister of Lucy Campbell, Eleanor Hardin, Frank Baugh and Bess Scott. Also survived by six grandchildren. Friends may call the Demaine Funeral HoMe, 520 S. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314, where the family will be present on Monday December 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2 p.m. at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 1301 Collingwood Road, Alexandria, VA 22308. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Capital Hospice, 6565 Arlington Blvd., Suite 500, Falls Church, VA 22042 or UCM of Alexandria, 7511 Fordson Rd., Alexandria, VA 22306.
