MARY BINKLEY Obituary

Mary Elizabeth Binkley, 91, North Kansas City, Mo., passed away February 8, 2012, at her home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13, at St. Patrick Catholic Church where a visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Kansas City, Mo. Contributions are suggested to NorthCare Hospice. Mary was born to Fred and Mary Fisher in Forrest City, Ark., where she resided until moving to Florida. There she met her future husband, George Binkley and following their marriage they moved to Kansas City, eventually moving to North Kansas City where Mary resided for more than 50 years. Mary loved to sew. She owned a fabric store in the 1960s and a dress shop in the 1970s. Her husband, George, preceded her in death.
