Meredith attended Oxbridge Academic Program's LADESPA in Barcelona 2 years ago. I recall her friendly, outgoing personality and her infectious smile. She left a joyful impression on all those around her and will surely live on in the memories of all who met her. My condolences to her friends, family and loved ones.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of loss. My daughter Devon Cross and Meredith were friends as children at Downtown Children's Center, and I am glad the girls had a chance to reconnect in high school. I will always remember her beautiful smile!

Our deepest sympathy goes to you both, Steve and Stefanie, on the loss of your precious daughter, Meredith. Our hearts and prayers are with you and the family during this terribly difficult time. Although we did not have the opportunity to meet Meredith, we feel as though we got to know her through you and the many times you shared with us the love you had for her and the joy she gave to you. Our love to you both.

I did not know Meredith, but I am a colleague (at UMSL) of her father, Steve Littlejohn. Steve is a great family man (and very admirable) so no words can adequately express such a devastating loss. My prayers will be with the family during their hour of need.

Take comfort in Mertie's own words: "It's a rare gift to understand that your life is wondrous...." She was your rare gift to the world.
