I had the pleasure of meeting Mike for the first time in DC many years ago and every time I saw him he was smiling. He helped a lot of people, he was a true people person, and he will be missed.

A genuinely kind and decent man who often helped to transform peoples lives through acts of thoughtfulness and generosity. His example is the kind that we need for future generations. He will be missed.

Michael was my friend - staffer - confidant! I will miss our weekly calls over these last 40+ years. He was involved in many issues helping the folks in the Valley - a tremendous advocate!

I will forever be grateful to Mike for getting me through so many tough campaigns and for just being such a good and caring person who brightened the lives of all of us blessed to know him.

Harry Truman said that if you want a friend in Washington, get a dog. But he did not know Mike Fraioli. There was no better friend in the world. Will really, really miss you Mike.

I will miss your old political war and history stories. Michael always had a read on the pulse of politics of the day! Your friendship will be missed.
