Myra Ewen Obituary
Myra Lee Ewen, 76, of Belleville, Ill., born July 25, 1938, in Trenton, Ill., passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014, at her residence.
Mrs. Ewen was a loan processor for Boatman's Bank, St. Louis before her retirement. She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Belleville, Ill. She enjoyed the beach and the sounds of the ocean. She cherished her family and will be remembered for the love she shared with them.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Ewen; a son, Robert D. Ewen; her parents, Stanford and Inez Fritz; and brothers, William Fritz and Orville Fritz.
Surviving are four daughters and a son, Margo (Matthew) Pidgeon of Glen Ellyn, Ill., Stephanie Flake of Smithton, Ill., Diana (Richard) Haar of Belleville, Ill., Cindy (Todd) Waterson of Belleville, Ill., and Gregory Ewen of Atlanta, Ga.; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Curtis (Judy) Fritz of St. Louis, Mo.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, August 3, 2014, at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Ill.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 4, 2014, at Kurrus Funeral Home with Deacon Matthew Pidgeon officiating. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
