Nancy Clark Obituary
Pembroke, NH -
Nancy, 76, passed unexpectedly in the home she and her husband built on Pembroke Hill over the holidays.
Born August 10, 1948 to Robert James and Hazel Marie Veacock. She graduated Concord High School class of 1966. She retired from work at Walmart. An active "do-er" Nancy crafted, cooked, volunteered and did for others to her last day. She was honored this year by the Pembroke Women's Club for 50 years of service. Having trained two dogs to therapy certification; with Therapy Dog International, Nancy regularly read to children at the library and visited the nursing home with her dogs. She was an active member of the Model T and Model A Ford car clubs.
Nancy was preceded by her husband of 43 years Michael Z. Clark. She will be missed by her; daughter, Jennifer Stylianos and husband, Shane of Hooksett; brothers, David Veacock of Tampa, Florida, Robert Young of Tampa, Florida and Michael Young of Pembroke, New Hampshire and four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her dog, Charlie.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday January 17th from 4-5:30, with services following at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N Main St, Concord. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her honor to the Pembroke Woman's Club, P.O. Box 125, Suncook, NH 03275.

I remember Nancy from CHS. We were in the same graduation class. I didn't know her well, but we were friendly and she was a really nice young woman. I am sorry to read of her passing. Incere condolences to her family and friends.

So sorry for the loss of your mom. She was a great friend whom I met thru my husband and her husband. We shared Christmas cards and visited at Walmart when she was working. Her love animals was great. RIP Nancy.

Neighbors and friends for a very long time, Nancy was a wonderful person to be with! She would humor, enlighten, and entertain, always leaving you a better person for listening. We shared the love of animals, gardening, family, antique cars, Deerfield Fair, and so much more. When I see her house from my window each day, I think how she made the world a better place.

In 2018 Nancy joined the White Mountain Model A Ford Club. She became a regular on most of our road trips, driving her "Ford Blue" 1929 Fordor, with her little sidekick, Mr. T. She was always willing to help out with any of the club events, volunteering whenever she could. Nancy attended our last club function for 2024 was our Annual Holiday Party on December 14th. Every year she supplied wonderful table decorations which she made herself. A selfless person, kind and generous, a good friend, Nancy will be greatly missed. Our deepest sympathy goes out to her family.

We are so sorry to hear the sad news about Nancy's passing. We've known her a long time. We worked together at Walmart and after she retired, she would stop by and say hello and talk about what she was doing such as entering her photos at the fairs. She enjoyed that alot, and receiving 1st prize as she would tell us. She also spoke of her dogs and seeing deer in the yard. She will be missed dearly. Rest in Peace Nancy

Nancy was one of my best friends. Brought together by our love of horses, we remained friends even after our marriages, children and the death of both of our spouses.

Nancy and her much-loved dogs (Mr. T and Charlie) were part of our reading therapy program for many years. She was loyal and dedicated to the children participating, and we are most appreciative of her service. She never missed a session! We will remember her as a good friend, and we will greatly miss her. She will never be forgotten.
