Norm was the best boss I ever had. I learned more from him than anyone I ever worked with. You don't get the chance to meet many people like him. May he rest in peace.

There is a little bit of Norm in everyone who worked with him. A kind and generous man who spent a lot of
time helping others both personally and professionally. I am smiling now as I think of the countless times Norm
offered great insight and wisdom on the daily challenges we encountered. He will never be forgotten.
