Pat DEVIN Obituary
Born on June 14, 1928 in Mountain Park, Oklahoma, passed away on November 30, 2012 in Auburn, California. A well known local Businessman in Roseville, CA, Pat operated the Chevron Station on Riverside Ave for many years as well as worked for Southern Pacific Railroad for 20 years as a Machinist. Pat enjoyed Super Modified Racing at the Placer County Fairgrounds. He is survived by his cherished wife of 63 years, Alberta (Sally) Devin of Roseville, CA; children, Warren (Carla) Devin of Roseville, CA, Pat Russell Devin of Las Vegas, NV, and Larry Keith Devin of Lincoln, CA; grandson, Eric Devin (Rosa), great-grandchild, Chitra Devin, sisters, Peggy Harrell and Perilla Wilburn, and brother, Pleasant Devin. Friends and family are welcome for Visitation on Friday December 7 from 10-12 (noon) at Lambert Funeral Home Chapel, 400 Douglas Blvd, Roseville, CA. Burial Services will be private at his request.

My condolences to Pat's family. Knew Pat when he had the service station on Riverside. Remember him working on his racing car there at the station, also worked with him at the SP diesel shop.
Pat had a very friendly personality with everyone he met. When he talked to you he always had a smile on his face. He had these special qualities that made him a great polite gentleman in which he was.
May your memories of the wonderful times the family shared with him comfort you today and always.

My condolences and prayers are with Sally, Warren, Pat, and Larry. I had the pleasure of knowing Pat many years ago when I worked for S.P. Couldn't have had a nicer person to chat with during our work shift! I also enjoyed watching him race out at the Placer County Fairgrounds on Friday nights during the late 60's when I would go out there.
