My deepest sympathies and prayers go out to you for this great loss. Dear Sue, Taylor Kathy and all the Gush and Lavelle's.
We are so sorry to hear about PJ's passing. He was a sweet and great guy. It's been years, since we've seen either of you, but loving memories never die. May God Bless you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Having lost my father this year, I can completely understand the loss of a family member. I didn't know PJ personally, but I knew his younger brother, Michael and his grandma (from Hathorne Court in the early 70's - aka the bubble gum lady) My husband, Paul, was a referee and knew him. My deepest regrets go out to his wife, kids, and all family members - may God give you a special peace and show you his endless comfort at this time

Lavelle Family,
My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

To PJ's Family,
Growing up with PJ on the Southside provided me with life long memories which I will always cherish. I wasn't able to make it to his calling hours, but please accept my sincere condolences during this extremely difficutlt time. I will always remember growing up with him and his infectious smile. May God comfort you in your sorrow.

Susan, Taylor, Kay, All of the LaVelle family and Gush Family, we are so sorrowful over PJ's passing. "Peeeej" was a light in everyone's lives. He could always bring a smile to your face. His genuine spirit will live on in our hearts. The ceremony yesterday at St Marys was one to be proud of. I just felt so proud. It was, by far, the nicest funeral I have ever attended. Joe LaVelle and Kevin Gush both did such a wonderful job and Joe was so right about PJ always smiling. God Bless...
