Paul Worley, 87, of Kansas City, MO passed from this life on December 22, 2014. Visitation will be at White Chapel Funeral Home from 2 pm to 4 pm, on December 28, 2014. Funeral service will be at the same location on December 29, 2014 at 2 pm. Paul was born in Topeka, Kansas on January 19, 1927 to Charles and Minnie Worley. Paul served his country in the Merchant Marines during World War II, and in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Police Action. While stationed at Scott Air Force Base near East Saint Louis, Illinois, he met Gladys Conley, and they married on July 2, 1949. They were married 61 years until her death on December 2, 2010. They had one daughter, Marla Worley. Paul went to work for AT&T in 1953. He continued to work for the company until his retirement on August 1, 1979. In 1956 AT&T transferred the family to Sikeston, MO, then to Branson, MO in 1962. Paul retired in Kansas City, MO where he had been transferred by AT&T in 1967. Paul had many talents and abilities, including electrical, plumbing, concrete work, and any type of building, among other things.
