Reba Moore Brunk, age 84, died on January 31, 2014 in Houston, Texas. She was married to Reeves Brunk for 58 years until his death in 2007. Reba was born in Van Buren, Arkansas on October 7, 1929, the second child of five of her late parents, Eula Belle Moore and D.L. "Dewey" Lewis Moore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reeves H. Brunk; three siblings, Lonnie, Donnie, and David Moore. Reba is survived by her children, Michael and his wife, Nancy, of Birmingham, Alabama; Walter and his wife, Diana, of Crosby, Texas; Rhonda and her husband, Terry, of Houston, Texas; and Nick and his wife, Jana, of Marble Falls, Texas; Sister, Shirley Morton and husband Gary Morton of El Dorado, Arkansas. She is also survived by grandchildren, Lisa Brunk, Jeff Brunk, Jacob Brunk, Christina Brunk, Jonathan David Brunk and his wife, Arlene, Meredith Goodson, Laine Brunk, Nick Adams, Jordan Adams and Jake Adams. She is also survived by great grandchildren, Megan, Mason, Ryan, Allen, Brint, Britney, Ryan, Kaitlin and Joshua. Reba will also be missed by the many friends she made at the Rosemont/Rose Garden Assisted Living Memory Care Home in Kingwood, where she resided since November, 2009. Reba devoted her life to her family. She was active in her church, First Baptist Church of Deer Park and was active in the MaxwellSeniorCenter in Deer Park where she made porcelain dolls with her many friends for several years. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her. The family expresses its appreciation to the staff of Rosemont Assisted Living and Grace Hospice for their dedicated and attentive care. The family will receive friends at GrandViewMemorial Park, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas77505 on Monday, February 3rd from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 4 at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Grand View Memorial Park. Reba will be laid to rest following the memorial service at GrandViewMemorial Park.
