To the Serrano family may the hands of God embrace you during this difficult time. Wichie was a great man, motivator and someone who I looked up to. I met him during our time in the Guard, learned a lot from him and all of our Vietnam Veteran brothers. Thank You Sir, you will never be forgotten. Until we meet again!!

Uncle Wichie its hard for us to imagine not having you around. All we can think about is how many great memories you left us...from Julian as a baby doing "The Wichie" or just how much everyone loved to be around you. You are a big part of our family and you will be missed greatly.
