Goodbye Uncle Dick,
You were everyone's "Uncle" but more like my grandfather. I knew you my whole life and feel blessed for that opportunity. I will miss your warm smile and especially your laugh. You are an example to all of us. I know you are at peace now with Aunt Janie, your angel. We will all miss you dearly. Love you.

Rest in peace, Uncle Dick.
I know you were with us in spirit when some of the family got together for dinner the other night. Robin, Aunt Toot, LeRoy, Ruth, Kim, myself my mom (Elaine) and her husband Gene. I know this pic is a Photoshop creation but it represents Uncle Dick being there with us. I post it here for others to enjoy.

Dick was my dad's cousin. Some of my family had the pleasure to spend a Saturday afternoon with him a few years ago in San Antonio. He was such a sweet man. He told me stories about how he even knew my mom, when they were kids!!! He reminded me so much of my Aunt Emma, his mother's sister, and even of my dad. He will be missed by those who loved him and knew him. He is home now, with his loved ones who have gone on before him...what a sweet reunion that must be!!

Rachel and Family,
Uncle Dick will be terribly missed by his family here in Illinois as I know his family in Texas will. Your kindness during this time has been appreciated. Thank you for being there for him. Bless you all.
