Today is the fifth anniversary of one of the saddest days of my life. At least we got to tell each other "I love you , man" before Bobby passed. Bobby was our best man 29 years ago, a close friend and business associate for over 30 years, and the funniest man I ever knew. We shared many hilarious and somewhat famous moments, at least within the Fisher-Price realm. I told many of those stories at his remembrance 5 short years ago. I think of Bobby almost every day, and have a dream or two with him in it almost weekly. I was blessed to have him in my life. Most people that knew Bobby felt the same way. He brought laughter to many when they least expected it. Thank you Bob McGuire for brightening up my life. You will always be in my heart. Keep 'em laughing up there, pal 'o mine. Bruce Fox

I worked with Bob at the DCSO. We did the same job, checking on inmates working in Nashville.
He was a great family man and we shared some good times. An avid Notre Dame fan, Bob showed up after the Irish won the Music City Bowl with a Notre Dame coat on. He was so proud of it and didn't hesitate to let everyone know.

My condolences to the family and know that he will be missed by those who knew him through the Sheriff's office.

Sincerely,

Joe Biddle

To our dear Uncle Bob, you were a light in our family. Loving, kind and always quick to make us laugh. We have the best memories of times together at Christmas and family events. We were blessed to have you in our lives. A true family man and father to two great men, who emulate all the family values. I find strength in your Catholic faith and know you and dad are watching over all of us. Until we meet again....I love you, Janine. Sending all my love to you Aunt Roz, Rob and Sean. The attached picture says it all, when a year ago Uncle Bob photo bombed our picture! Rest in peace!

I had the pleasure of working with Bob during my tour of duty at Fisher Price. The fact that Bob was a great guy and loved and respected by everyone is well known but there is the other side and that being Bob the professional.
Bob epitomized the term Fisher Pricer, he stood for everything that made Fisher Price so special. He was the consumate team player and professional and was always up to the task at hand without complaint. If I were in a fox hole
with people shooting at me Bob was the type of person I would want beside me. Always dependable and a sales executive you could rely on. On the social side of things Bob with his personality, wit and singing ability always contributed to the culture that was so specific and special to Fisher Price. I have great respect for Bobby and I wish his family and loved ones my heartfelt condolences.

My mind has been flooded with all of the great memories Bob created for me and all who worked with him over the years at F-P.
He was so much fun to be around but more importantly he was GREAT at what he chose to do for a living.
We could always count on Bob to get the job done and make it fun for everyone at the same time. He is remembered fondly and will be missed greatly.

Bobby spent several years digging a hole under his house. He lined it with paneling and seating to make it a haven of safety for his family. Bobby dug a hole in our hearts, and lined them with wonderful memories full of love and laughter. He is now in his eternal safe haven, and will laugh with us forever.

Roz and family, I cannot imagine the pain in your hearts this morning. All of us at SVMIC mourn with you. When you hurt, we all hurt that is just the way it is. I remember during one United Way campaign, when you were sitting there on the seat in the dunking booth waiting for Bob to throw the winning ball that forced you to take a dive. We all laughed so hard, especially Bob! I feel your tears and we are here for you. We love you so much, Roz. Take care, Marie Cathey
