PERDUE, Robert Lee Age 69, of Kettering passed away Tuesday April 3, 2018 at Dayton Veteran's Administration Center Hospice Facility. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Emeline Perdue. 3 sisters and 2 brothers?in-law. Mary (Richard) Eaton, Betty (Carl) Williams and Bonnie Perdue. Also 4 brothers Frank, Jimmy, Jerry and Tony Perdue. He is survived by his wife Nancy Perdue, son Robert (Jay) Perdue of Miamisburg, son and daughter-in-law Jeremy (Natalie) Perdue of Kettering. Sisters Carol (Vonn) Madison of Chillicothe, OH, Georgeann (Lauren) Delph of West Carrollton, OH. Karen ( Harry) Clem of Springboro, OH. Brothers: Doug (Debbie) Perdue, Chris (Gwen) Perdue, Bill (Donna-Jean) Perdue all of Dayton, OH. Mike (Kim) Perdue of Miamisburg, OH. Sister-in-law Terri Perdue, also Sister-in-law Vicki and husband {Tom) Huffman of North Carolina, granddaughter Austen and many nieces and nephews and friends. Bobby was a 196 7 graduate of Stivers High School. He was a 3 year veteran of the United States Army serving one year in Vietnam. He retired from the U.S. Post Office after 38 years of service. Bobby loved animals. He was also known for his famous salami and salsa. Visitation will be held for family and friends 4to 8 pm Friday April 6, at Tobias Funeral Home 5471 Far Hills Ave. with cremation to follow. The family suggests anyone attending to wear jeans and a patriotic shirt. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dayton Veterans Administration Center (Hospice Unit) or (Cemetery Honor Squad) - 4400 West Third St. Dayton, Ohio - 45428.
