To The Erwin Family.....
I Learned Many Things Regarding Business As Well As Life Itself.... From Him......The One Thing That Stands Out Is.....It's Not Important To Know How Life Is Lost....But, How Life Is Lived. He Is A Professional As Well As A GREAT Leader Of People And A GIANT Among Human Beings!!

Roger was the love of my life. He was truly my foundation, the rock of the family. Life without him will be difficult, but I know he will always here, everytime I look at our children and grandchildren. He lives on through them.

I knew Roger as one of my first mentors. I was a young kid right out of college when I first met him. He recognized my need to learn so he taught. Now 14 years later Roger is one of two people in my life that I look back and reference for what to do in my business life. I will appreciate every day of my life what time and knowledge he gave me. Thanks Buddy- I will sure miss you!-Branden

I have nothing but wonderful memories of Roger. He was my mentor and friend. I could call him any time for advise or just to visit and he always took my call. He's one of the very few men in my life that I genuinely loved, respected and admired. I will miss you Roger.
Your Friend,
