Scott Combest Obituary
Scott is preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Johnson's Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2015 in the Lawhaven Memorial Gardens, San Angelo. Pastor Mills Caraway will officiate.
Barefoot Bankhead, Wayne McCune, Mike Hennings, Jimmy Freeman, Jerry Mayberry and Bobby Dan Wood will serve as pallbearers.
Friends and family members may sign the online guestbook at www.johnsons-funeralhome.com.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki Combest; children, Leslie Hines (Ronnie) and Amy McGowan (Ogden); grandchildren, Owen Hines, Cal McGowan, Jessica Oaks and Wayne Hines; brother, Randall Combest; cousin, Richard Kempkin (Yvonne); and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to West Texas Rehabilitation Center and The American Cancer Society.
The Combest family would like to give special thanks to Gentiva Hospice and West Texas Rehabilitation.
Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson's Funeral Home of San Angelo.

So sorry to hear of his passing. As a college student, I worked at Albertsons. Scott was always a friendly person. Then at Walmart, he was still the same nice person. We are going to miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I just heard about Scottie's passing and was so saddened by the news. Scott was my boss while I was Pharm Tech at Alpha Beta and he was such a joy to work for. He was kind, funny and made one of my first job so enjoyable. He loved life and his family so very much. My thoughts and prayers are with Vicki and the girls.
