Aged 58, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by the love of his family. Tom was born and raised in Riverside, California to Fred and Lenore Davis. He graduated from Ramona High School and later attended and graduated from Riverside Community College and University of California Davis with his law degree. He married Laura Pollett in 1988 and has resided in the mountain communities of Crestline and Cedarpines Park since 1986.

Tom is survived by his wife, Laura, his mother and father, Fred and Lenore Davis of Riverside, two brothers, Hal and Fred Davis, and his sister, Rachelle Davis. He also has four nephews, Justin Davis, Geofff (Nitia) Davis, Wayne Reid and Nicholas Reid and two dearly loved nieces, Matilda Davis and Layla Reid along with his dog, Max, and cats, Ulyssus, Kessa, and Gizmo.

Tom was a partner in the law firm of Wilson, Borrow, Dunn and Davis in San Bernardino since 1985. He was also on the Board of Directors of the Family Service Agency of San Bernardino for many years and on the Board of Directors of the Cedarpines Park Water Board for the past two years.

Tom will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Mark B Shaw Funeral Chapel at 1525 N Waterman Avenue, San Bernardino, CA, 92404, on April 13, 2015 at 2:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at Montecito Memorial Park and Cemetery, 24145 Barton Road, Loma Linda, CA, 92354, on April 14, 2015, at 2 pm.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation should be made to the Family Service Agency of San Bernardino.
