Thomas LeClaire Obituary

Thomas J. LeClaire Born March 12, 1937 in Milwaukee to Margaret and Lee LeClaire, passed away November 21, 2015. Beloved husband of Sue. Survived by his daughter, Tamara (Jim) Anderson; stepchildren, Kim Walker, Alicia (Carlos) Carrizoza and Michael (LeeAnn) Walker; brother, Jerry (Sandy); grandchildren, Eric, Nicholas, Craig, Charlie Hannah and Alex. Tom served in the Naval Reserve for six years. He enjoyed golf, winning tournaments at an early age. He was also an avid bird hunter. Tom moved to AZ in 1958 after serving as district manger for American Tobacco in CA for many years. He retired after 30 years as a Yellow Pages sales person. He was President of SW Golf Assn. for 15 years and ran the Al Smith Golf Group until his passing. As Tom said: "No gimmes in life. The ball is not in the hole until you hear it hit the bottom of the cup". A Celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 6255 N. Sparkle Ln, from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Donations can be made to Pima Paws for Life, 2509 W. Zinnia, 85705.

Thank you for being such a good friend to my dad all those years ago....you both left this world too early. Now you two can play golf together again for all eternity!
Also, thank you for being the only one to check up on my mom from time to time to make sure she was okay....I so appreciated you for doing so. You will be missed.
