Tyler Ross Obituary
September 2, 1993 - August 24, 2024
Tyler Ross, age 30, entered the presence of Jesus peacefully and unexpectedly in his home in Mechanicsville, Virginia. He was born in RAF Lakenheath, England on September 2, 1993. He spent most of his life in western Hanover county. He loved making memories with his beautiful wife and three young daughters. Tyler spent years playing showcase and college baseball and cultivated the trade of dent removal in the footsteps of his dad. He enjoyed sports, hunting, gaming and his dogs. He never knew a stranger and was known for his friendly and tender demeanor. Tyler began a new life in Christ in 2018 after experiencing God's healing power over addiction. He met Haley, the love of his life, a few months later. Tyler shared his faith gently and joyfully and worked tirelessly to provide for his family. He is survived by his wife, Haley and his three beautiful daughters; his parents, Jarrett & Robin Ross; his brother and best friend, Dylan; sister-in-law Rachel, as well as a multitude of family and friends who love him and will miss him greatly.
A Celebration of Life will be held August 31, 2024 at 10 a.m., at Heights Church, 12440 Gayton Road, Richmond, VA 23238.

I coached Tyler with the Ashland Vikings Football team, Ashland Little League and Hanover Heat Baseball teams. Words cannot describe the shock at hearing of Tyler's passing. My heart goes out to his family. I will never forget the smile on his face when he was playing ball and his desire to compete on the field. Tyler's time on earth has come to an end, but he is in heaven and at peace in the presence of the Jesus.
