W.L. TURNER Obituary

W.L. Turner, 92, of Memphis, passed away Monday, April 6, 2015. Mr. Turner, a U.S. Air Force Veteran of WWII and Korea, was a member of Germantown Baptist Church and was retired from General Electric. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sara Turner and his daughter, Barbara Turner. Mr. Turner is survived by his son, Glenn Turner, his daughter-in-law, Peggy, two sisters, Maryetta Nixon and Carolyn Stewart, two grandchildren, Katherine and Laura, as well as three great-grandchildren, Chloe, Natalie, and Nathan. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. with a graveside service to follow at 2 p.m., all at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd.
