Wallace Davenport Obituary
12/20/1932 - 07/24/2025
Wallace Edwin "Wally" Davenport passed away at his home in Houston, Texas on Thursday, July 24, 2025. He was 92 years old.
Wally was a charming and gregarious man who volunteered his time and donated to numerous non-profits and community groups. His contributions positively impacted many people's lives.
There will be a public visitation held at Earthman Bellaire on August 2, 2025 from 12 PM to 2 PM. Donations in Wally's memory can be made to Friends of Chimney Rock Park or Clayton Library Friends.

Wally and I worked together to promote the Platou Community Center in Chimney Rock Park. He tended the small treasury and did all he could to bring people to the center taking the lead of the games group. He cared about people and the community. I will miss him very much. Hazel potvin
