Dr. Kramm was our family doctor from the time my family moved to Niantic in 1962 well into the 80's. Back in those days I remember having the mumps, measles and every other childhood disease and Dr. Kramm always taking care of us. What a wonderful man.
Sincerely, Coral (Sisson) Jones, Lake Charles, Louisiana

My family moved to Niantic in 1958 and Dr. Kramm became our family doctor because everyone recommended him and loved him. I remember his friendly demeanor and how he loved prescribing that green liquid called novahistine which always helped! He taught us practical medicine with old-fashioned wisdom which is rare today. It warms my heart to see the photos of him just as I remember him in my mind. I went to third grade with Billy. My prayers to you all.

My condolensces to the Kramm family. I was one of the lucky ones to have grown up with Dr. Kramm as the family doctor. I even remember him making housecalls! Truly the end of an era.. makes it difficult to find a primary care physician that compares. Your family has much to be proud of. May you find comfort in your memories.

One of a kind- that was Dr. Kramm. Kind, warm, patient and very understanding were the best ways to describe this wonderful gentleman. I can only imagine what it must have been like raising five boys! Doc touched so many people's lives. Our deepest sympathy goes out to your family.

My condolences to the Kramm family. Dr. Kramm was a real "country doctor" at a time going to Niantic was considered going out to the country. He was proud of his story being told in the nationally distributed Post Magazine as a local country doc who did it all. He was way ahead of his time in providing accessible health to the community. I will miss him stopping by just to see how things are going. We all share in your loss.

To My Cousins, Bill, Cliff, Mike, Mark and Paul,
Your father was an extraordinary man. He was kind and caring. Some of my most precious memories of my teen years were the years we spend in Niantic and the summers we would visit. Your father always made everyone feel cared for and he made an awkward young girl feel special. I remember the seafood dinners where Uncle Bill would make sure the kids had just as much fun as the adults.
Later in life Uncle Bill and I would have spirited conversations about politics and such. Uncle Bill was always gracious and never pointed out how very little I knew about what I was talking about at the time.
And lastly, I will always admire and love Uncle Bill for the love and devotion to Aunt Pauline.
Thinking of you all with love. PaulaAnn Kenney nee Pregent

To Dr. Kramm's Family, especially Paul
Your Dad was absolutely one of the best people I ever met. Through the years he was not only our Family Dr., but a friend as well. I could call him at any time, knowing he would call me back and tell me the right thing to do through all the child rearing years of bumps and bruises. What I particullarily remember is one night, very late, I called him because something was wrong with one of the babies. I didn't know quite what, but he met me at the hospital and it turns out that child would not have been alive except for the expertise of your Dad. I could tell you many other good things about him, but I know you know what a good man he was. I am so sorry for your loss.
Sincerly, Bobbie Seebeck

I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I have such fond childhood memories of him stitching up my head & fixing all my childhood "accidents". He always made me feel "all better" with his magic touch and kindness. He was one of a kind. He will be missed.

To the family of Dr.Kramm, Barbara and I were very sad to hear of the passing of your Father. He would walk over a lot and visit Barbara and me and we would sit on the deck and we would have some great conversations on just about anything. He would always keep an eye out on the house when we went away.My last conversation with him was really quite prophetic he told me he was ready to go and be with his wife who missed so much. I will miss him as well as Barbara but we would be selfish to want him to stay here. Our faith teaches us that he is in the hands of the supreme healer and all his pain and suffering are gone. We will meet again and when we do it will be a joyous time. God Bless Tony And Barbara Willis

My heartfelt sympathy to the Kramm family as you mourn the loss of your father. He was such a family friendly doctor. I remember when I worked as a casual carrier for the post office in the late 70's when I was bit by a dog on the route. He fixed me up, gave me a tetanus shot and I was back at work in no time. May perpetual light shine upon him as he enters the gates of heaven.

To The Family and Many Friends of "The Doc" I'm sorry to read of the passing of a true and noble public servant. From his service in the military to his service to the local community, he truly was a class act. I used to enjoy seeing him about town, and it was always a pleasure to stop and have a talk with him. He was a true part of the fabric of Niantic. He will be missed by many. Thanks Doc!!

I was saddened to find out the Doctor Kramm passed away yesterday. He was a kindly gentle man who, when you were little, didn't make you afraid to go to the doctor. He healed my foot, where I could have lost it. Doctor, you will be missed by your family, and your extended family of patients, you so dedicatedly served. Go with Godspeed to the Lord, for he smiles upon the healers.
