Bill was born in Los Angeles, the elder son of William and
Clara (Reindl) Welsh. Bill graduated from St. Agnes High,
LA City College, and attended Ryan Aeronautical. He was
A design engineer in the Aerospace Industry. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis, son, Dale, daughter-in-law Aileen, and two grandsons, Michael and Joshua. The service is at
Annunciation Church, Arcadia, CA Saturday, February 16th 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Lung
Association, 3325 Wilshire Blvd., Ste. 900, Los Angeles, CA 90005 would be appreciated.

Bill, my brother-in-law was a quiet man who lived his life by his faith. I enjoyed his sense of humour and he would love to tease me but we didn't take each other seriously. Bill and his humour will be missed greatly especially by me. God bless you. Love Thelma

Bill Welsh was the best neighbor any person could want. His faith was evident in his speech, walk and the way he lived his life. He had amazing knowledge about so many things, and he had the best sense of humor and always had a quick comeback for whatever was said. His family and his neighbors will forever miss him until we, too, hear, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant."

Phyllis and family,
