HARVEY A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Mrs. Yvette Broussard Harvey, age 89, at 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at the Immaculata Center Chapel, 1408 Carmel Drive in Lafayette. Rev. Msgr. Russell J. Harrington will be the celebrant. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be at Evangeline Funeral Home, 314 East Saint Peter St., New Iberia, on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. A native of and resident of New Iberia, LA and longtime resident of New Orleans, LA, Mrs. Harvey passed away 8:30 am Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Consolata Nursing Home. Survivors include: her daughter, Ann Marie Harvey Broussard of Lafayette, LA; her four grandchildren: Yvette Broussard of San Jose, CA, Kyle Broussard and Jessica Harvey both of Atlanta, GA and Zachary Harvey of New Orleans, LA; sisters: Yvonne Brummet of New Orleans and Evelyn Davis of New Iberia; and brother, Rogers Broussard of New Iberia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Charles Harvey, Jr.; her son, Capt. Michael Charles Harvey; parents, Henry and Marie Ann Bouterie Broussard; and brother, Richard Broussard.
