Neil, the most honest friend who imparted such wisdom, love and caring to so many others. So fiercely passionate, you touched usand taught usall. Not enough knew your written works. Ocean in a Teacup, was but one play exploring and expounding on the unlimited meaning and beauty of giving and receiving the redemptive power of love, something you did in every encounter I had with you.
I remember many afternoons where you gave me something profound. I remember one ancient proverb now, in particular, paraphrased: The fool knows not that he knows not; the wise man knows that he knows not; the saint knows not that he knows. Neil, you were and always will be one of my saints. Rest easy, and go on, my good friend.
