With heavy hearts, we send our deepest sympathies to Wendy and family.
I still remember the joy we shared every early Spring when John would come to our house with shovel and bag ready to go picking wild garlic. If he didn't remind us we would have missed it every time : )
And then there was the time Wendy, John and myself went to the Kemptville Auction and John won the bids for Wendy's quilt and my cat painting. When I happen to glance at the painting now, that memory returns.
The human heart holds on to all the wonderful memories and John has left us many.
Rest in peace dear friend.

I worked with Jon, years ago at the mill. I met him again, about 4 years ago and we talked about old times and it was very enjoyable to see him again. He was a nice guy and He will be missed. My condolences to his family.

"At this time of sorrow,
may these truths sustain you...
Your loved one will always
be as close as a memory,
and the God of all comfort
will always be as
close as a prayer."

So sorry to hear of Jonathan's passing. I went to school with Jonathan many years ago and remember him fondly. We chatted a bit approximately ten years ago and I have often wondered whatever became of him. He was one of the good ones and he is gone way before his time.
May he rest in peace. My sincere condolences to his family. I'm sure that he'll be missed. He's one more person that I wished that I'd kept in touch with.

Haven't seen Jonathan in about 10 years but remember him as a funny, talented, and warm individual. I was shocked and saddened to see this, taken too young. Never met the family but wish to extend my condolences.

Wendy, Although we haven't seen each other since high school, I could tell through your posts that you and Jon shared a rare and deep love for each other. I hope memories of that love give you strength now and comfort for years to come.
