Kathy Greenwood Obituary
Milton - Kathy Leigh Greenwood, 48, of Milton, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019.
Kathy was born on August 21, 1970, the late Donald Richard and Linda (Hicks) Taylor.
Kathy was a native of Milton, Florida, and was the baby of five girls. She attended Ferris Hill Baptist Church as a child. Kathy was a Milton High School graduate. She worked for the Santa Rosa County School Board as a bus driver and parent educator.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her step-son, James Allen Greenwood III; and three sisters, Debra Smith, Barbara Jean Taylor and Patricia Ahlen.
Kathy is survived by her husband, James Allen Greenwood, Jr.; three children, Austin Skyler Greenwood, Brooke Blackstone and Richard Blackstone; step-daughter, Jennifer Greenwood; and one sister, Renee' Elliott Phillips.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel, with Rev. Donald Leavins officiating. Burial will follow services in Serenity Gardens Cemetery with Lewis Funeral Home directing.
Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., prior to the services.
The family extends a special thank you to the Lewis Funeral Home staff for the care and compassion they have shown our family in taking care of Kathy.

To the family of my cousin kathy. I recently came across Her obituary While trying to search for family from my mother Gloria's side.Though I haven't seen her since we were children, I'll never forget the visits to uncle don and aunt linda's house Where kathy and I had so much fun as kids. I remember how much she loved the movie grease when it came out and would sing every song word for word and watch the movie over and over. I wish we had reconnected Many years ago, I am so sorry for your loss.

I just found out about Mrs. Kathy.. and my heart is broken. She was always so sweet to me and my Grandma - we both loved her so much. I can't believe she is gone.. my prayers are with Jim and Skylar, Richard, and Brooke and the rest of her family.. Laura
