Dear Jimmy
Your 64th Birthday is only days away..I think of you everyday and I miss you. I want to Thank you for everything you have done for me in my lifetime. Even after your death you have given to me.
I had the pleasure of meeting your Legendary Coach John Whitney Sullivan in August of last Year. It was at Father Judge's 1st Annual BBQ for the football team. Bobby Sommers was instrumental in pulling this together. He told me it was something that you always wanted to do.
When I attended the BBQ I met with some of your former teammates and a great group of alumni who do so much and give back to Father Judge.
I became an HONORARY MEMBER of FATHER JUDGE'S FOOTBALL TEAM and their Head Coach is Frankie McArdle . He is Frank McArdle's grandson. I think that it is ironic because the Playground which was your 2nd home was named in Memory of Mr. Frank McArdle ( you were alive and aware of this) and the year of the BBQ is grandson is the football coach. Your former coach Whitney Sullivan address the team along with Bobby Sommers that day. Bobby introduced me as told the team about you and your idea about the BBQ. I too had the honor of addressing the team. I remember telling them that they are now apart of Father Judge's alumni. I also told them how grateful and overwhelmed I was from the all of the people especially from Father Judge who came to your service and what it meant to me.
Had lunch with Coach in February and hopefully I will see him Wednesday on your birthday for lunch again. Thank you for this incredible gift you have given to me. I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU MORE THAN WORDS COULD EVER EXPRESS ❤
