BAYER JAMES
On Thursday, December 27, 2012. Beloved husband of Helen Bayer; brother-in-law of Mary Gale; survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a World War II veteran and worked as a chemist for the Bureau of Mines. After his retirement he changed his life career into accounting, staying active until 2 years ago. In 1946, he married Helen in Aschaffenburg, Germany. He will be greatly missed by her. He was a man of good character and love of others. In lieu of flowers, you may donate to a charity of your choice. Please, no flowers. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside, on Sunday at 1 p.m. NO PRIOR VISITATION. Interment Adath Jeshurun Cemetery.
