Age 78, of West Deer Twp., on Tuesday, March 9, 2010; husband of the late Patricia E. Lager Fulmer; father of Charles R. (Anysia) Fulmer of West Deer, Grandfather of Hayden and Paige. Brother of Annie Ufferman, Jessie Thiel, and Roy Fulmer and the late Mary Ella Morvick, Florence Card, Delores, Frank, James, Paul and John Fulmer. Friends received Friday, 2-4 and 6-8, KYPER FUNERAL HOME, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd. at Mt Royal Cemetery, Glenshaw where funeral service will be held Saturday at 1:00 PM. Interment Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Dorseyville. Memorials may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 3500 Brooktree Dr., Wexford, PA 15090

This is Connie, an old friend of Julie Conley. I have known a lot of the Fulmer family for about 20 yrs and I always enjoyed being around your dad - he was a really great guy and fun to be around. He will be greatly missed & as you know, is in a better place. Just keep talking to him & you'll feel him around you. Take care & know he loved you very much.

So sorry to read about Chucks passing. I spent time with Chuck, Annie & Jessie at my Aunt Marlene's a few months ago. It was so nice to spend time with them after not seeing them for such a long time. I have many fond childhood memories of all of the Fulmers. May he rest in peace. Peggy Chatham Gross
