Hi Curt & Dean,
I haven't seen you both in a long time, but there was a period of time when I visited Diane in Kane... I was curious to see how she was doing, but then I found out that she had passed. :( I am so, so sorry to hear this. I so enjoyed working with her and getting to know all of you. All of you are in my thoughts - I will miss her.

Diane was an awesome lady who's strength and unwillingness to give up has always inspired me. She was like a second mom to me, my wife and kids loved visiting her when we came home. She will truly be missed by many. She was the mother of my best friend and was always a warm and welcoming spirit. May she rest in the loving arms of God and enjoy finally having peace from that horrible disease.

Love and prayer to the Lewis family and to Kurt and Dean!

From Matt, Susan, Sara, and Stephen.

Diane was with me for 36 years, she was one in a hundred million. Diane was a kind gentle spirit who through impossible to believe horrors with heath issues never complained to others about her suffering, years long. Through constant pain she maintained her dignity and kindness too all who dealt with her. Her caregivers loved. She loved babies and children of all kind, it bubbled from her. Diane didn't deserve the life that was handed her yet accepted it with humbleness and not bittiness. I was lucky to have been with her for the better part of my life. It has made me see how precious and fragile life is and how only love can over come the dark side of life.

Love Always
