To the family of Dr. Banaszak,
I worked in the pharmacy department at Mercy Hospital as a technician under the supervision of Dr. Banaszak, he was a very kind human being, and quite an asset to the pharmacy department and hospital. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you at this difficult time.

I extend my deepest sympathy to the Banaszak Family. Having had the opportunity to worked closely with Bob was a pleasure, he was always a class act with a great sense of humor. He was a dedicated employee of Mercy Hospital, a true asset, but more importantly a kind and compassionate man.
Rest in peace Banz.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the family of Dr. Banaszak. I worked with Bob for many years at Mercy Hospital. He gave me my first job as a pharmacy technician back in 1986. We shared a great work experience and taught me a lot. We had some good conversations at work it was a pleasure to have spent time with him till I left in 2001. He gave me a great going away party at the Pittsburgh Steak House on the South Side. I have always missed him and always will.

Robert. Jeff and families, My wife, Pat and I express our deepest sympathy on the loss of your dad and PapPap. Bob and I went to HS (St. Adalbert),college (DU Pharmacy). We worked together in Wyants Drug Store and St. Margaret's Hosp. while in college and he replaced me when I completed my Hosp. Pharmacy Residency at Mercy Hosp. We have remained friends through the years and he and your mom even visited us a few years back in Murrells Inlet, SC where we live. I spoke with him via phone a little bit before Christmas after he had just completed his dialysis that day. We always reminisced about our good times which were many. May God bless you in this time of sorrow.
