Barbara Lippert

formerly of Johnson City - Barbara Lippert, 81, formerly of Johnson City, NY, passed away unexpectedly on January 1, 2018 in Arcadia, Florida. She is survived by her loving husband Raymond of 40 years. She is predeceased by her stepson Keith Lippert. She is survived by her children Catherine Monforte, Patricia Miner, Michelle (Felix) Heimes, Michelene (Brent) Lingle, Michael (Cheryl) Miner and Kyle (Michelle) Lippert; sister, Kathleen Miner; grandchildren, Mark Monforte, Katerina Keymont, Kristine Monforte, Christopher Heimes, Alesia Heimes, Briana Lingle, Haley Lingle, Nicholas Miner, Travis Miner, and Rylee Miner, Justin Lippert, Zachery Lippert, June Lippert and her children Renee, Jessica, and Andrew; and nieces, Christine Hendrick and Jennifer Miner.

Barb was employed for over 25 years by IBM Endicott. After retiring in 1987, Barb & Ray became full timers in their motor home and enjoyed many years touring the East Coast. They traveled back to New York for family holidays and the family cherishes the memories of them working together preparing the holiday meals. Each of these occasions always included shopping and playing her favorite card game, Skippo with her children and their families.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 28 at 5:00 p.m. at Church of The Holy Family, 3600 Phyllis Street, Endwell, NY, 13760.
