Paul Zimmerman Obituary
Paul Zimmerman, Jr., 84, of Ringtown, passed away Friday, August 18th, 2017.
Paul was born in Ashland on June 21, 1933, a son of the late Lorraine (Moyer) and Paul Zimmerman Sr.
He attended local schools, then worked as a pipe fitter for Bechtel Construction and was a member of the Steamfitters Union Local 524.
He was a member of and enjoyed feeding the ducks at the Shenandoah Fish and Game Club, and also belonged to the Ringtown Fire Company. He was also a member of St. Mary's Church in Ringtown.
Paul had a passion for antique automobiles, and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Paul in 1962 and a brother Dale in 1988.
Paul was also preceded in death by his first wife Charlotte (Rogers) in 1965 and by his second wife Rose (Caufield) in 2011.
He is survived by two daughters, Paula, wife of John Martin, of Revere, Mass, and Dr. Anne, wife of Michael Cadau, of Wyomissing. Four grandchildren, Mickayla, Jack, Joseph and William Ambarian survive, as do nieces and nephews. Paul Zimmerman is also survived by a
brother, Don Zimmerman, and his wife Enes, of Reading.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church, North Center Street, Ringtown, at 11 a.m. on
Monday, August 21st, 2017 with Father Brian Miller
officiating. Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and again on Monday
morning from 10-10:45 a.m. at the Stauffer-Breznik
Funeral Home, 412 West Main Street, Ringtown.
Paul will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Cemetery in Ringtown, following the Mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Church, North Center Street, Ringtown, PA 17967.

God Bless my wonderful family with whom I spent many happy times of my childhood, the memories I have forever in my heart. Paul with whom I spent many weekends with Paul,Charlotte and Paula while her beloved Mom was being treated in Phila.The happiness his girls brought him helped to ease the many losses he suffered. His warmth, determination and vibrancy has been passed on to his daughters will live on as Paul is reunited with his lost loves. God Bless all as we treasure his Gift to us. Love Cousin Mary Anne.

To my extended family I am very sad that there are many heavy hearts as Dad and Pap is no longer with you. I had the pleasure of spending the last week of Paul's life talking to him about his family, his work and him. I will miss these times. Annie, Paula, Mia, Mikayla, Jack, Joe, Will and the entire family I am truly sorry for your loss.
