Elizabeth Scalfari Obituary

Elizabeth C. (Mickey) Scalfari, 89 years old, of Cornwall NY, a Homemaker, died December 26, 2004 in Tampa, FL.

The daughter of Charles D. Finn and Elsie S. Rohling Finn she was born September 1, 1915 in Wilmington, Del.

She was married the late Albert G. Scalfari.

She was a Volunteer with the Cornwall Hospital Thrift Shop for 37 years in Cornwall-on-Hudson, as well as an accomplished painter of local scenery who studied under John Gould.

Survivors include one son, Albert C. Scalfari & wife Mary Jane of Tampa FL; one daughter, Toni Douglas of Cornwall-on-Hudson;, 4 grandchildren: Gina Wegman & husband Phil, Ann-Marie Vess, Staci Scalfari & husband Bill Palm, Christopher, Douglas & wife Kristen; 5 Great grandchildren: Morgan Vess, Nicholas & Gianna Wegman, Zachary & Camryn Douglas.

Friends and relatives may call at the Funeral Home from 2 to 4 PM & 7 to 9 PM on December 30, 2004.

Services will be 10 AM Mass of Christian Burial Friday, December 31, 2004 at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, Cornwall -On-Hudson, NY. Fr. Bernard P. Heter officiating.

Entombment will be in Cedar Hill Mausoleum, Newburgh, N.Y.
